Changes.
----------------------------------------------
• Version 2.5
- Completely re-structured the use of AppleScript™ inside the application.
- VideoIN is now recordable and scriptable.
- VideoIN now recognizes its special AppleEvents itself. No more need to direct them
to the "Video Input" window, though when you "record" VideoIN all the actions get a
reference to that window as a direct parameter. Anyway, it's harmless.
- Corrected an incomplete redrawing problem that ocurred in some machines when you
hide and then unhide part of the "Video Input" window.
- Added "kind" support, so saved files now are of "VideoIN PICT picture" kind and so on.
- Added a "Select Target Folder" menu item and support functions.
- Added a "Preferences Window" for easy access to:
- Select the target folder in which VideoIN will save its captured images.
- Select the Filename Prefix for those files.
- Modified handling of preferences for "Target Folder" and "Filename Prefix".
- Added AppleGuide support.
• Versions 2.0.1 trhu 2.5 were not released and used only for internal testing.
• Version 2.0.1
Not Released.
- Removed use of threads.
• Version 2.0
- Added applescript support (now it really works).
- Added the ability to open and print any QuickTime supported
image file.
• Versions 1.2 tru 1.5
Not Released.
- Added some applescript support.
- Added some file (open/print) functions.
• Version 1.1.0
Not Released.
- Added Ballon Help to the MENUs of VideoIN.
- Finally got rid of unused MENU items.
- Now re-compiled with CW9
- No more 68k versions for a while, because I have no 68k Macs
to test VideoIN.
• Versions 1.0.5
Not Released. (Distributed locally for my friends only)
- Finally changed my photo.
- Changed the way to "take" a frame for writing a PICT file.
• Version 1.0.4
Not Released. (Distributed locally for my friends only)
- Added B/W colorspace support.
- Corrected a silly error in 1.0.3 - when first installed,
VideoIN created a window so small that it was invisible... so
you had to explicitly resize the window to any (full by default)
size the first time.
• Version 1.0.3
- Added a 68k Version.
- Corrected a previous known bug.
• Version 1.0.2
- Preferences File, saves size and Audio/Video Settings.
• Version 1.0.1
Not Released.
- Adds some Preferences Management.
- Some minor changes in Menus.
• Version 1.0
- Original Release.
Previous Known Bugs:
• The first time you open VideoIN, you have to manually select a size
before the window is visible ----- Corrected.
• In some situations, when you select 1/4 (or less) size,
and you simply close and reopen the Video window, the image
doesn't appear on the screen. A work-around, is to Quit and
re-launch the VideoIN Application. ----- Corrected.
Current Known Bugs:
• None by this time.
